Bhavana is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience out of which 10 years were with EY and the rest in the industry, including functioning as CFO in a listed company.
Most recently she has been involved heading the Finance function of a Group with significant presence in the Real estate market of Bangalore. She has a great expertise in Accounts & Finance from maintenance to finalization of accounts of large corporates. She has developed herself in conducting financial analysis, implementing systems & exercising effective internal controls from her rich experience. She has managed a demerger process of a listed company and involved in M & A transactions, de-risking of Joint Venture operations, and lending functions of a group.
